As part of onformative's creative team, João works on the conceptual and technical side of projects through creative coding, prototyping and visual programming. His technical and artistic efforts are part of our open process of research and exploration to develop challenging works and proposals. With a background in media design and new media art, João's multidisciplinary background includes sound, generative design and interactive art installations.

By deconstructing the dynamics of natural phenomena into individual components, João finds conceptual inspiration that influences his work and results in new creative directions.
